Return and Refund Policy

At A1Vendor, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience for our customers and sellers. While many of our sellers do not offer refunds or exchanges, we have created this Return and Refund Policy to balance the needs of both parties.

1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility

a. Undisclosed Faulty or Damaged Items: You may be eligible for a return and refund if you receive a damaged or faulty item.

b. Incorrect Item Delivered or Missing Item: If you receive an item different from your order or a missing item, we will investigate the issue, and if verified, you will be eligible for a return and refund.

2. Exceptions

We want to be transparent about cases where returns are not possible:

  • Personal Style or Fit: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that don't match your style or don't fit.
  • Discounted Items: Items purchased with a discount are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned with tags attached, in their original packaging, and without visible signs of wear or use.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned due to their unique nature.

3. Trades and Offline Transactions

Please note that A1 Protect does not cover trades or transactions completed outside of the A1Vendor platform. Any risks associated with such transactions are borne by the parties involved.

4. Contact Seller

To initiate a return or request a refund, contact your seller through the platform and explain the issue. If you receive no assistance, contact our Customer Support Team at support@a1vendor.com. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos to facilitate the resolution process.

5. Refund Process

a. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or may be provided as store credit.

b. Refund processing times may vary based on the payment method and your financial institution. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers should:

  • Accurately describe their products, including size, color, and condition.
  • Securely package items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clearly communicate their individual return and refund policies on product pages.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, seller policies, and sizing information.
  • Provide accurate information when initiating a return or refund request.
  • Comply with the specified return and refund eligibility criteria.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you cannot resolve a dispute directly with the seller, A1Vendor may mediate and make a final decision.

9. Policy Changes

A1Vendor reserves the right to update this Return and Refund Policy. Any changes will be effective from the updated effective date.

This policy aims to strike a balance between protecting customer interests and respecting seller preferences.
